Needed hospital care whilst in Dominican Republic. Saga were so helpful, we only needed to pay the first £70, they sorted everything else. No hassle, always available to talk on phone. Even provided online consultation with British doctor for advice whilst away for follow up treatment. Reviewed on: 25th September 2025
