Monzo decided to close my account In September 2025, and they informed me about this in July 2025. They refused to give me any reason as to why they were going to close my account! I asked for my data from the bank, and they informed me that it will take a month for them to get my information to me (this was back in July). We are now at the end of September 2025 and I have still not received my data from them. I have provided everything to them as asked to identify myself etc etc and they are still delaying for me to receive my data. It's like they don't want to give it me and are making up excuses! Every time I call them, I am talking to different team members and have to repeat my story multiple times too (even getting through to someone is a mission). The Monzo Customer Service is terrible!!
