I have had to claim twice over the last 5 years when...

I have had to claim twice over the last 5 years when I was ill on the first trip and when in Mauritius I got an Emil saying my brother had died. I flew home early to deal with things because I had another Saga holiday booked for the Christmas period and would not have had time to sort stuff out between the two holidays if I stayed in Mauritius.
