Renewal mix up

I had spoken to a customer service rep regarding my upcoming renewal as it was possible that I may have had a pre-existing medical condition to add to my policy. It was my inderstanding that I would have a call back from All Clear today 29 September 2025. However, the automatic renewal went through before the time of the telephone call was due. The telephone call never happened. Consequently I phoned customer service to find out how much exxtra I would have to pay to have the medical condition added. As this condition is not confirmed I decided to cancel the insurance and that was done there and then with a refund to come in a few days. Both calls to customer service were dealt with professionally and apart from not having the call back before the renewal went through I have been pleased with the service I received, Reviewed on: 29th September 2025
