Making a claim nightmare, poor communication

Sorting out the details and listing all the levels of medical conditions and medications is complicated enough. When making a claim and being told fully covered, theN quibble over a minor ailment and saying only half covered and then mishandling data it has been a nightmare. Communication poor and conistently add to stress levels. Not good. Still awaiting results on complaint. Reviewed on: 29th September 2025
