Never been contacted or paid back

I was trying to claim some money back. Person filed my case on-line. After I paid my invoice for health care, I tried to login in to my account, my Claim is not there. I sent email to that person which created my case. No reply. So I still didn't get paid back for my claim Reviewed on: 29th September 2025
