Excellent and terrible.

Flown back from Gambia after femur fracture in April, full 5 star. Then increase in premium by further £1,300 because of fall 1 star. Then stalling for month after month, six so far and not paying out for claim for loss of seven days holiday despite being given full details for legitimate claim. Always "very busy, it will take two weeks" over several phone calls and messages. For six months, 1 star Reviewed on: 30th September 2025
