Excellent friendly service

I was trying to open a 3 year fixed rate Isa and rang for help. Simon McCabe rang me back and said that he would stay on the phone to help me to fill in the forms for this and an Isa transfer. He was as good as his word and although it took some time he made sure that everything was completed before 5pm when the Isa would be withdrawn. I live too far away to go into any of the branches of the building society and I am 81 years old so I really appreciate the high level of service I received from Simon. He was polite and patient throughout. I'm sure that my Isa will be transferred and kept safe for the next three years....and at a good rate of interest. Thank you Simon.
