AVOID this company

Changed my car and tried to change insurance accross. Rang them and tgey told me my car did not exist and I could not get it insured. I went elsewhere and got insurance straight away. I cancelled my insurance and they are messing about with the £138 refund. 16 days have gone past and now say alow another 21 days...the Chat advisor Amarah then just disconnected the chat.
