Awful Company

No understanding if you hit a rough patch!!! They will keep your account up and won't let you delete it but won't ever let you use it again, even after repaying after a rough patch. Why can I not delete my account if I will never be allowed to use it? I don't want you having my details anymore!!! In my case I left my abusive ex and had to start from scratch with my kids so money has been extra tight and did not pay straight away. I paid it off a while ago and they had it blocked for ages with NO EXPLANATION. Nevermind there are plenty of better companies. Enjoy your bad review and goodbye!!! Reviewed on: 3rd October 2025
