Customer service with a smile!

I have not had to claim on my insurance in the past so can only rate it by customer contact on buying. I have found personnel very pleasant and helpful while they were filling out my details. The phone was answered fairly promptly so I didn’t have to wait very long which is always a positive attribute. So far, so good! I have used the company various times. Reviewed on: 6th October 2025
