Pleasant professional and helpful

Although I’ve never needed to claim (thankfully) I have always found it easy to get through and speak to a person whether that is to renew or amend my travel insurance. Always pleasant, professional and helpful. Not long waiting times which is always a plus. Reviewed on: 6th October 2025
