Review of the Craftinsure, Boat insurance:

Faultless experience

I am 59 years old and have had many boats either commercial or since I left the fishing industry in 1990 boats for liesure activities. I found craft insure in 1990 and have always stayed with them for ease of service and satisfaction of what they provide. In 2013 I made my only claim due to my boat at the time was stored on some land adjacent to a building , and an arsenal attack on the building spilled over to my boat and caused severe damage. Craftinsure were very good and came out to assess the damage within 2 days and were very prompt to give me a payment in full for what the boat was insured for without hassle. That is one reason I have stayed with them but the main reason is there is nowhere else that seems to give such a good service and don't badger me for more gimmicky offers. The service and experience I get with them is top notch so I'm not going to waste my time looking anywhere else. My philosophy is, IF IT AINT BROKE DONT FIX IT. Craft insure doesn't need fixing. I may come across in this review like I am an employee or have been egged on to write an excellent review, but I'm not. I'm just a very satisfied customer/client and shall continue to insure my little prides of joy with Craftinsure. Well done. Chris P. Reviewed on: 6th October 2025
