I spoke with Sophia today.

I spoke with Sophia today. She guided my through my options with a savings account. She was so freindly and helpful. Also, she called me back immediately after I lost connection which I really do appreciate. One issue I noticed was when I got the call from Sophia my phone showed up as something other than Saffron so we agreed I would call back myself for security reasons. Sophia was at the end of the line again straight away. Fantastic customer service. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025
