I have used One Call Insurance for my car insurance...

I have used One Call Insurance for my car insurance for a number of years now and I can hand-on-heart say that my experience with them has been excellent. When our car was broken into while we were on holiday in France, they made things so straight forward and easy for us, I just couldn't believe it. Compared to my experience with other insurance providers, it was a bit of a shock! Each year they provide a fair price for renewal but are happy to discuss if I can find cheaper elsewhere. The One Call customer portal is easy to use and if you call them, there is rarely a long wait to get through. I highly recommend using One Call for it's insurance products. First-class service

I first used L&C Mortgages in 2019 to buy my first house in Scotland and more recently to remortgage my house. They made the whole experience straightforward and pain-free. They arranged my mortgage and my Conveyancer. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, responding to any of my requests in a timely manner. Insurance claim for car damage in France

When our car window was smashed on the first day of our holiday in France, I was able to get through to One Call helpdesk easily and the staff were so understanding and helpful. The process was simple, stress-free and we got reimbursed quickly. I was so impressed and it has been the best experience I have ever had with an insurer. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025
