Ben was excellent!

After being on hold for 20 minutes or so, listening to abhorrent tinny music and the auto bot thanking me for my patience which is also as annoying as it is insincere, my call was answered by Ben. Ben was clear speaking and easy to understand, he listened carefully to what I needed and was helpful in finding the best solution. Although knowledgable, he was happy to double check, and I very much appreciated him calling me back when we were cut off. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025
