I have been with One Call for a few years and made a...

I have been with One Call for a few years and made a claim following vandalism to my vehicle. I was passed to Ageas, the insurance company, who decided my vehicle was a write off, due to its age, even without giving me a quote for the repairs. I decided to pay for the repairs myself. This cost amounted to less than the actual cost of my insurance premium. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026
