Worst bereavement service ever - a painful experience

Worst bereavement service ever - designed to make a bereavement as painful as possible. They sent letters mis-addressed, both property and person, sent letters with missing information. when I formally complained they wrote to my deceased mother at her empty house to apologise - complete muppets. I would not touch this bank with someone else's bargepole, cannot wait until I never have to deal with them again Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026
