My experience was quick, hassle free and very easy. I gave access to my bank account, which made telling them my financial history very easy. Some might see this a drawback but I see it as a time saver. You know that they understand your circumstance thoroughly when they make their decision to lend to you. Reviewed on: 25th February 2026

The process was all online, very quick, cheap and seamless. It gives me free breakdown cover and I can access all my documents easily online. The only drawback I found is that I have to download a new insurance certificate every month for my work, but that only takes a few seconds. Reviewed on: 9th October 2025
