Can't make observations on what happens when you need them because something's happened- I've never had to call on them. But on the getting a quotation and paying for it- Excellent. I've never needed to haggle at renewals, because the price is pretty much where I expect. So I've stayed for the last three years or so. Reviewed on: 9th October 2025
