All clear were pleasant to deal with over the phone, gave a comprehensive cruise cover policy explaining everything clearly so I was sure it was the right policy for me. Unfortunately we missed two ports of call due to bad weather in Iceland and on my return I was able to claim compensation which was paid quite promptly. I was a little disappointed to find my policy cost had gone up quite a lot from the previous year and can only assume it was because I had turned 70 even though I am in good health but this seems to be the normal with all insurers.
