From start to finish smooth and easy

I faced many hurdles and difficulties as I had an undiagnosed problem with a muscle in my thigh. I had already spoken to some other providers and the customer service was poor to be honest. At one point I ending up arguing with an agent over a medical point. From the moment I contacted yourselves I knew just by the tone of the agents voice this would be different and it was. Simple but brilliant work from the start to finish and good value for money. Reviewed on: 10th October 2025
