Landbay are the most unprofessional lender i have ev...

Landbay are the most unprofessional lender i have ever known . I paid off a mortgage account 27th February this year and they still have there charge on the property which means that completion today was postponed . I then called to ask what is going on only to be told that they put the wrong title number on the DS1 so Head Office have sent it back asking for the right title number so more delays and no apologies . I have reported them to the Financial ombudsman so see how we get on . Reviewed on: 14th October 2025
