Excellent Customer Service

I spoke to Sophia on the phone recently, and was very happy with the service I received. Even though I was closing the account (due to the drop in rate) I was treated with utmost courtesy and friendliness and she ensured the balance transfer went smoothly. I would not hesitate to come back to Saffron should they offer an improved rate as their customer service is excellent. Reviewed on: 16th October 2025
