Overall a good experience.

Booking an engineer visit was really easy, engineer was knowledgeable and identified the problem quickly. When he arrived to fix the issue he was honest about the possible outcomes, fortunately it was all positive and we are happy with the result. Reviewed on: 18th October 2025
