VANESSA - LINCOLN HSBC

We have had a number of recent meetings with Vanessa from the Lincoln Branch. The service we received was exemplary on all occasions. Vanessa has guided us through BACS payments; Transfer of house selling funds and ISA's. We are both in our seventies and have so far resisted on-line banking. Vanessa has offered to train us on use of the same and we both feel confident, given all her help and advice that we may eventually take the plunge!
