Less than impressed!

Less than impressed! Had an appointment with a sales representative, this person swore infront of my 4 year old son whilst describing a part of rhe car he was trying to sale. Then during our test drive decided to sit down with another customer so when we got back had to wait 30 minutes for them to finish even though there was 5 other members of staff that could of dealt with the other customers. We did not purchase the car in the end as steam was coming out of the engine due to a split coolant pipe on the test drive, this was supposed to be a £20,000 car Reviewed on: 23rd October 2025
