Fantastic service!

We had used a highly regarded wealth management company to search for a Buy to let mortgage to release equity against the property to fund a gifted deposit fir my daughter. She in turn requied a first time buyer mortgage with her partner. We were dissatisfied with the wealth management companies proposals from aspects of interest rates and loan values thzt didn't meet the value of a property my daughter hzd agreed to purchase.I appraached Laura Burrows with our challenges. In two stages Laura found exactly what we were looking for, an increased sum for both ourselves and my daughter and partner at a muchimproved % rate such that we met all criteria and were able to appoint solicitors to proceed with the purchase. We were in danger of losing the property due to delays with the previous wealth management company.. We can't speak highly enough of Laura, her communication, tenacity and hard work (sometimes out of hours or when on annual leave) were without doubt the reason the purchase was enabled.
