Complete waste of time every time you ring there’s always no one available they stitched me up in a fixed rate mortgage which doubled after my house went into repossession order took me court to get my house. avoid these idiots at all costs. When they took me to court for a full repossession order I had to pay the fees added to my mortgage so after my increased interest rate which i was trapped with my mortgage and arrears came to £1700.00 a month plus bills loans living costs etc which I didn’t even earn that a month so they knew what game they was playing at. in the end I let the house go. As tbh I couldn’t really afford all that stupid mortgage moneys etc even though I had £100 k equity in the house because I was behind with mortgage I didn’t realise you could not re mortgage if you were behind with payments which is totally stupid so I lost the house in March. I had it valued approx £130_£150 k and had cash buyer but it. But they prevented me selling it. Etc so it’s repossessed and they’ve know hit it up for sale £210 k which is miles to expensive etc do Ime know basically tracked by these idiots and still have to pay monthly interest untill the idiots sell it tbh it minght never sell. Can’t stand the muppets ignorant phone manners. And con artists. All there after is your house so watch out very unsatisfied customer. Whose life they have wrecked seriously.
