Worst customer care I have ever had.......

I have just spent an hour on the phone with a man who would simply not listen to my plight, as the result of an extremely acrimonious divorce I am now in dire need of a mortgage payment holiday, he refused to acknowledge that I had already received a holiday a year or more ago and finally suggested that I should seek help from another source.......... 20+ years as a customer seems to mean nothing! I am now in the position of pay my mortgage and not eat or do not pay my mortgage and eat!!!! I will never use their mortgage services again, they should be ashamed of themselves......
