poor communication-long wait on 16 th October 2025 .

My Bond matured on 16 th October 2025 . I filled n the form , expressing my wishes (reinvest some and a cheque for the rest). I didn’t receive any confirmation that my pass book and form had been received.Then last Tuesday I had an email from MBS thanking me for reinvesting and asking How did we do?. At this point I had received no comms, no passbook and no cheque. On Friday 7th November I decided to visit the Mansfield branch. I was told that a cheque had been posted to me on 4th , and a suggestion was made that I wait till the following Monday , as it might come then. (Which it did). So in summary I’m disappointed with communication-and I think I should have had my cheque straight after the maturity date not today the 10th november Reviewed on: 10th November 2025
