If minus stars was a thing they be minus 10

Outrageous must be a scam company they charge you a fee upfront enter into a payment plan with the debtor in my case more than 4 years the debtor was ‘paying off’ £10 per months owed to me but £17 per month to them they confirmed the collection of the fee in full 6 weeks ago and are refusing to pay with not respond to emails and hang up the phone on you saying customer services is only available via email high they ignore.
