Review of the M&S Bank - Marks and Spencer, Travel Money:

Minimum £150 spend on currency not mentioned

I wanted to buy 130usd on line and collect at local branch -when I entered the amount response was minimum 200usd . I queried at the branch and they suggested rung customer service . It was only then that I was informed there is a minimum £150 spend . It would be do easy for M&S to put this on their first page , rather than telling customers it is ‘fuss free’ . Today was anything but fuss free! Reviewed on: 20th November 2025
