Don't trust Santander

We have a roof leak and Santander who I have been with for a decade or more refused to help because they told us that the wind didn't reach 55mph in our area for the 6 weeks - it's easy to sit on system and say we didn't have bad storms when in fact we did! a number of trees came down that saw roads closed for a day and our neighbour also had a roof leak that was damaged by wind and rain and they managed to claim on their insurance so guess where I am going - I even had assessment coverage too but no one to come out - so many loop holes and quite frankly disgusted!!
