Tim and Nick who have supported us with the Mortgage we recently purchased have been first class. So many times we have had inferior services from organisations once they know the sale is made, but not at all with Bath Building Society and Tim and Nick. Retirement mortgage with exceptional service

Bath Building Society (Tim and the team) provided exceptional service from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive, with a personal touch far superior to anywhere else (we went to other building societies and brokers). The key differences were we weren’t passed from pillar to post, endlessly repeating ourselves to different people filling in forms without context and more importantly treated with respect and listened to. The Retirement Mortgage itself perfectly met our needs too, which is flexible, reliable with longevity, and unlike anything we found elsewhere. It truly feels like a well-kept secret.
