Avoid this disgraceful unprofessional bank

I have experienced consistently poor and incompetent customer service since taking out my mortgage. Despite making numerous complaints, complaint handlers unable to investigate competently . The staff are often rude, dismissive, and prone to talking over customers. The company is disorganized, and treatment appears to differ depending on whether you sound British or not, which comes across as hostile and discriminatory. Overall, this mortgage provider is arrogant, unprofessional, and incapable of handling complaints and mortgages properly. I strongly advise avoiding this company. Reviewed on: 5th December 2025
