Opened my business account took them 8 weeks to sort...

Opened my business account took them 8 weeks to sort my account out and send my card . However card reader hasn’t been sent, since September have no access to my ONLINE business account, contacted customer service to help me with it , they promised to send some documents to sign and fill in . It’s has been 3 weeks now, nothing arrived. Still no access to my business account. Customer service very useless , they don’t care about customer, can tell you over the phone what you want to hear then leave you with the problem !
