Terrible customer service.

I've used Revolut for 9 months and all very good to until we wanted to move money to family member. After 4 days and constantly answering the same question over & over again we finally managed the transaction. It seems Revolut like to have your money but not let you move It the AI chat bot is more sympathetic than call centre advisor. (this was money from a Last Will & Testament) Reviewed on: 11th December 2025
