Good evening, Mansfield BS were recommended to me and after reading your website seemed an excellent place for us to invest with you. After sending me all the application information/form I submitted. Somehow my application was missed and when I wrote to your Senior Leadership Team our application was sorted out immediately and with excellent customer service.
