Very bad experience with Aviva health insurance.

Very bad experience with Aviva health insurance. My son was critically ill and admitted to hospital for three days after choking, which led to a cardiac arrest. The medical team performed CPR, and he was placed on ventilator support because his lungs were in very poor condition. When he arrived at the hospital, there was no air in his lungs, and his ABG results were extremely poor. We contacted Aviva to make a claim, but they refused it, even though I have been paying nearly £50 per month. I contacted Aviva to make a claim and spoke with their customer care executive, who told me that this was not considered a serious issue. I do not understand what they would consider a serious issue, given the circumstances. This reflects very poor service, and I strongly do not recommend Aviva insurance anymore.
