Did the free trial was ok but rest has been painful

Did the free trial was ok. Paying customer instead following and as much as it’s good that all is in one place I’ve had and am having nothing but issues with these people. First it was my electoral proof which I had to contact my council for as proof of provided council tax wasn’t enough this went on for months! it’s now them wanting my address history even though it’s on my profile! Just been a pain with these people. & I’m paying for this absolutely ridiculous. Reviewed on: 17th December 2025
