The worse car insurance company ever!!!

I called to tell them I was buying anew car and would be trading mine in . leave the insurance on my old car until I’ve made the part exchange . well they cancelled it with out me know and insurance the new car even though I hadn’t picked it up yet . Then they wouldn’t insurance my old car back and tried to charge me £25 for the mistake they did . Then double my premium, I’ve placed a complaint and they won’t let me cancel my policy because I’ve logged a complaint Reviewed on: 17th December 2025
