It was impossible to talk to an agent.

It was impossible to talk to an agent. I had to go through a verification and authentication procedure. Then i still couldn't find a means of accessing a Human being. This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I will close down my account just as soon as I can. Reviewed on: 20th December 2025
