Do not use this company. This review concerns a policy for my other cat, who very tragically passed away while we were on holiday in August. When I returned home, I cancelled the direct debit and informed the company that we had sadly lost our second cat as well. Despite this, they continued to take payments. I stopped the direct debit again and subsequently received a phone call. Once more, I explained that our cat had died, that I had already informed them, and that they needed to refund the payments taken. I am now being told they do not believe me and need to contact the vet to confirm that I am “telling the truth”. Why, after paying for a policy for many years and never making a claim, would I cancel a direct debit, allow it to be reinstated, and then request a refund without good reason? It makes absolutely no sense and perfectly sums up what a dreadful company this is. There are many better and cheaper alternatives available. Save yourself both money and distress by choosing a more reputable provider. Reviewed on: 23rd December 2025
