Glacially slow service

You told us you were going to close our Trust account. We applied for a new account on 22 August. You sent us the new passbook on 2 December. Even allowing for the need to explain to us how to complete the relevant forms, this is disgracefully slow, isnt it? Reviewed on: 23rd December 2025
