I’ve been a member for around 20years.

I’ve been a member for around 20years. I’ve always had a loan every Christmas. This year I was refused my Christmas loan even though I have never ever missed a repayment. The worst part is that they didn’t even have the decency to call, send a message or email to tell me my loan was rejected. Until this year they used to go out of their way to help with my loan application and to make sure I got whatever loan I could afford. Well done credit union for sending us to the dodgy loan sharks!!
