A pilot light on the control unit/thermostat.

A pilot light on the control unit/thermostat isn't working. This was reported some time ago. Nothing has been done about it by Homeprotect. This has been reported before, but nobody at Homeproytect reads these reviews and takes any notice. Therefore, from my perspective these reviews are a complete waste of time.
