I have always found the Santander 123 current account online banking to be very user friendly and efficient. The only thing I would criticize is that when I want to pay a new person or bill, Santander sends a pin number to my mobile phone to verify. This is great for security but if, like me, you have very bad mobile phone reception it can be a bit of pain, not to mention embarrassing, walking up and down the street in a dressing gown (if it's an early morning transaction) trying to get a signal.
