Please avoid this company at all costs.

Please avoid this company at all costs. I had insurance with this company, which I’ve paid on time always, my car got stolen in November. It took them 2 months to come back with a response for my claim, time in which I didn’t have a curtesy car, and the response was they are not paying my claim and they are voiding my insurance because I had a lip bar fitted. The lip bar was purely cosmetic, did not affect the performance of the car, the lights or anything but they claim I should’ve let them know. I will take this to court but I want to save other people from going through hell with this insurance company. Reviewed on: 6th January 2026
