AVIVA Health Insurance - Cold Stonewallers

My partner and I have tried to make genuine claims, but AVIVA ask so many questions and it appears they have an offshore company doing their assessments - as you get replies at 0500hrs. There customer service is awful and when my first claim was rejected - a call handler gleefully suggested that I should read the small print. One of their "overseas" reviewers suggested I may have a problem with alcohol. Reviewed on: 10th January 2026
